Lenovo A6000 Review: A budget Smartphone

Many major telecom companies such as Vodafone and Reliance introduced their 4G Smartphones to capture the market. Lenovo company owner wants to introduce a new Budget 4G-enabled Smartphone with more reliable features that break the market for its place. The Chinese developers disturbed the market by developing a new Lenovo A6000 4G-enabled smartphone at Las Vegas and CES. They also launched the Smartphone in India to give the users an affordable 4G LTE phone with amazing features that are not common in most of the Smartphones. It was very difficult to break the market and take the place because the competition was high and other brands were also trying to launch new Smartphones. Let's see below how Lenovo Managed to survive in the market with A6000.

Lenovo A6000 launched with the price of Rs 6,999. This is the first budget Smartphone
with much more features that are in Expensive Smartphones. Other companies were waiting for the time to launch their 4G-enabled phone but Lenovo launched it earlier and captured the market at the right time and take benefit of it. With A6000 Lenovo company announced another Smartphone Lenovo A7000. But in this article, we will see the features of Lenovo A6000.

Look of Lenovo A6000

The look is the first impress of any product to the user. Lenovo worked hard to give a new look to the Smartphone and succeed in that. The phone has a candybar shape. Nice rounded edges and thickness to 8.2mm give charm to the Smartphone. Lenovo developers worked on the weight of the phone to make it comfortable for single-handed users. They managed to maintain the weight as low as 128g. Lenovo introduced the A6000 in 4 fours including black, red, yellow, and white. The cover has a smooth matte finish that makes users feel comfortable in using Smartphone. A 5-inch display makes it more graceful with a decent design. The weak point is Gorilla Glass protection which is not included due to budget. The volume and power/standby buttons are built on the right-hand side and on the top a 3.5mm audio jack with microUSB charging or data transfer port are present. The amazing speaker is present on the bottom side. The Camera is located at the top left-hand corner with a feature of 8MP with LED flash.

Features and Specifications

Lenovo A6000 comes with 64-bit Snapdragon 410 SoC. A 1.2GHz quad-core processor integrated Adreno 306 GPU. Every Smartphone has a problem of Memory usage due to which a phone hangs. The Lenovo A6000 has 1GB RAM and 8GB of internal storage which makes the Phone more comfortable because almost all users need to run loads of Games. An extra slot of a 32GB microsSD card is available if 8GB space is not sufficient. Lenovo A6000 is the lowest 4G-enabled Smartphone in India which comes with dual-SIM setup. Wifi a/b/g/n and Bluetooth version V4.0 are provided for the connectivity. The primary camera features 8MP and front camera for selfie can take a shot of 2MP. The best part of the Smartphone is its long time battery that is 2,300mAh. Andriod is the necessary part of every Smartphone because apps and games are required for all users. So Lenovo A6000 integrated with Andriod 4.4.4 (Kitkat). Vibe UI skin is another good feature of A6000. All the icons are displayed on the home screen same like the Apple's iOS.

Performance

In Today's world, Performance matters all. Lenovo A6000 UI is very smooth and can open multiple apps without hanging the phone. The performance of the phone is much more than the other expensive smartphones. The smartphone scored 20,331 and 11,496 in AnTuTu and Quadrant benchmarks. The Lenovo A6000 reached 5,259 points and 9.4fps in 3DMark Ice Storm and GFXbench. The Adreno 306 GPU is not much faster and powerful than the Adreno 305. We tried to play 1080p videos and it played just fine. The sound comes from the speaker is not fully opened but fine. The Dolby effect adjusts the sound later according to the video's audio. The earphones are not much comfortable when used for a long time. The call quality of the device is really great. The best thing about Lenovo A6000 is that of its battery life. The phone can stand up tp 10 hours 12 minutes.

In Conclusion

Lenovo A6000 has succeeded in disturbing the market and taking its place to provide the users a well budget Smartphone. The A6000 stands up in all aspects and the most fantastic feature is its battery life, Dolby speakers, and future proofing. It is the best budget Smartphone with 4G network. There are not only advantages of the phone but also have some flaws in it. First one is no Gorilla Glass Protection for the Screen. Cameras can be better than the present and flimsy rear cover. But overall the Smartphone is very impressive with the lowest price of Rs 6,999. Thanks :)
